Cindy was there for a while this morning then I drove her to the Nashville Airport. Karen was able to visit the entire day! This evening when I left Kathy and Steve Bohr stopped by. The Dr did a radiation marker CAT scan to mark the spots for the radiation on his skin. I am not sure yet when the radiation begins. Tomorrow he gets his medication port and the stomach bypass feeding tube to help keep lots of nutrients and calories in him when radiation makes his esophagus too sore to eat sometimes. He will have general anesthesia for it. If all goes well, he might even be released tomorrow with a 24 hour chemotherapy pump.
The radiation will be 5x a week, so I might have some overnight house guests sometimes!
