Dad is eating like a horse, making jokes with every nurse, and he looked at me with surprise and said "I feel normal", then smiled. YAY!!!
He should get a room eventually, but this time around we were prepared for this kind of wait and it is not so bad. Plus, his nurse in recovery this time around is really great.

Dr Neimat said the surgery went great!
The Dr said Dad responded very well and is headed to recovery now.

A surprise in the waiting room
Mom saw her cousin Annette from ky in the hospital waiting room! They have had a great time visiting.
