This is a blog to keep everyone informed on Dad's Deep Brain Stimulation Surgery in August 2011, and also dealing with malignant stomach endocarcinoma treatment diagnosed November 2011. He is feeling so much better.

Although the leg freezing does occur sometimes now, it is still much better than before. He is once again reading emails and surfing the net. A world of difference from the experience after the first surgery!

He is also ready for visitors in case anyone wants to drop by.

I'm in suspense for the battery calibration. I know that the electrode placement success means a sure victory, but I can't wait for the sustained relief for him.
